We went down to Newport Beach with Ellen on Saturday. The weather was warm, but not too hot. We went in the water a little and sat on the sand. Ellen didn't last long because it was time for a nap, but we had a great time.
Ellen was very intrigued by the sand. I'm sure she would have loved eating it, but I didn't let her hands get near it. The last thing we wanted was sand in her mouth and eyes. :)
She did not like putting her feet in the water.
I think it was just too much of a shock because the water really wasn't that cold.
