We got to go to the Rainforest Cafe and meet up with one of my mission companions a few weeks ago. We haven't seen each other in almost 6 years and we've both since married and become parents. It was so fun to catch up after so long.
You'll notice that Ellen is really happy in the first picture and not so sure about it in the second. We sat right next to a gorilla that came alive briefly every 10 minutes. The gorilla really freaked her out. She spent most of our lunch laying on the bench with her head in my lap. Just when she'd get up the courage to poke her head out, the gorilla would come alive again. As sad as it was, that's the easiest she's been to contain at a restaurant in a long time! :)
Jeff's brother-in-law was in town on business and we got to go out to dinner with him. This picture shows our wrapped up leftovers--a duck and a sea horse!
