We went to a "pumpkin patch" for the first time this year. Pumpkin patch is in quotes because it was held in the parking lot of the mall right next to the freeway and the pumpkins were beautifully placed in rows on hay covering the cement and were totally overpriced. Not exactly a "farm" experience like so many of our friends have in other states.
Regardless, we had fun!

There were some carnival type rides that we had some free tickets to. Ellen was dying to go on these swings. Can you tell how much she loved it?

Next year you should go to Tanka Farms, it's in Irvine by UCI. We went in Oct. It was a lot of fun, and they have things for the kids to do.
