My friend, Erin, brought her kids to stay with us for a few days after they spent a week at Disneyland as a family. It was really fun to watch all our kids play so well together and spend so much time with her!
On Sunday, she curled the girls' hair for church. This was a first for Ellen and she was in heaven. All day long, she kept talking about her curls and was very concerned they were going to go away.
We went to the beach and the kids had a blast playing in the calm, yet cold, water.
She's a mermaid!
We got to go swimming in our friends' pool. They offered to heat the spa since the weather was warm, but the rest of the pool was cold. It was perfect for what we needed.
The kids loved the rocking chairs on their porch.

We had a great time!
I love the polka dot dress. Grace has that one too.
