Memorial Day

We started our Memorial Day by walking up the Laguna Hills Community Center to see the end of the half marathon race that our city sponsors each year. We got to see someone we know cross the finish line and then got some free food from the vendors. Ellen LOVED jumping in the bounce house.

I took this picture when we got home. As you can see, Rachel had a great time too.

Later in the morning, we went to a nearby cemetery. We looked at flowers, walked on ledges, . . .

. . . and pointed out lots of flags.

Rachel enjoyed riding in the stroller. :)

We had a picnic lunch at a park before nap time and then went swimming in the pool at our complex before dinner. It was a busy day and the girls slept great that night!
