Opening a Present

Ellen got to open one present from Grandma before Christmas because it is too
big to take on the plane. This was her first opening gift experience.

Having fun with the bow

Ellen really had no idea what to do, so we helped her out by ripping the paper for her to pull off. She still didn't get it, so I pulled the wrapping paper off for her--and she started to cry! This picture kind of shows how unhappy she is about the situation.

However, it did not take her long to recover. She started playing with the pieces of her new toy before we could even get it put together. She loves playing with her new stroller!

She stands with the stroller, but doesn't get the whole walking part...yet.
